This crime drama TV series has never ceased to astonish us. The fans were rooting out for a neat and clean heist in the Bank of Spain by the end of Season 4. However, the robbery didn’t really go as planned, and the team was forced to buy some more time. Furthermore, to much dismay for the viewers, Netflix has still not confirmed the official date for the release of season 5. It is expected to be released by April 2021.
Netflix posted an official tweet on July 31 stating, “The Heist comes to an end Part 5”. Now, this statement could only have two meanings. One is that season 5 is the final part of the series, and the show is coming to an end, which means it’s the fifth and final season. The second is that the heist will come to an end, but the show might get renewed for the sixth season.
